SSH set up and log in

Run “export SSH_AUTH_SOCK=$(gpgconf –list-dirs agent-ssh-socket)”

Then run “add-ssh -L”

You can see the newly generated public SSH key

Copy and paste it into your Authorized keys file on the target server

Connect with the SSH command as usual

In our case, that would be “ssh fred@192.168.1.8”

You’ll be immediatelly asked for User PIN 1

Use Cryptoucan keypad to enter the PIN, confirm it by pressing the hexagon symbol

Once you successfully enter it, you’re in!

Now you don’t need to run SSH_AUTH_SOCK before logging in

And that’s it!
